Interesting book. Quite accurate

Excellent for the young person! Easy read too. At times a bit violent but that is to be expected when talking about William Wallace and the period in which he lived. FREEEEEEDOM!!

I like it. It does have a feature that I don't like, which is frequent, flippant tag-on sentences at the end of paragraphs. I am no William Wallace historian, but I am a historian of sorts, and I can say that the history presented has the ring of good history.

I really like all the info about Wallace's journey and you really made me feel like I'm in the book acting it. I would like to know a little bit more about the story after Wallace's death. But overall great book!

This is a great series that my kids love 8 and 12. This book gave lots of historic info that was perfect for a 3rd-4th grade class project. It also was fun to read for an 8 year old who often refuses to do so!

Perfect read for my 12 year old boy

Fun, easy read. Clarified many things and shed light on others I had no idea about. I picked this up at the Wallace Monument in Scotland because I wanted to learn more. The facts are well done and it’s written in an entertaining way and I enjoyed it. I’ll be buying his other “and all that” series.

A must read - The book is true to it's title and descriptionI have been fly fishing for about 6 years now, and nymphing for 5 of those years. The approaches and tactics introduced and outlined in this book have helped me progress immensely. The book provides a very systematic and fool-proof approach to nymphing. I particularly liked the abundance of illustrations to help me visual new tactics and techniques that I have not considered before, as well as help refine the tactics i have already learned. The author does not provide any nonessential information, providing you with exactly what we need to master the techniques and nothing more. I also enjoy the size of the book since it can fit nicely into my fishing pack so i can carry it with me on the water for a quick referenceI'd recommend this book to anyone who has some experience fly fishing and is looking to take their nymph fishing to the next level. A must read

This was a great book for a longtime fisherman but relatively rookie fly fisherman like myself. When most people think fly fishing their mind goes straight to dry flies or streamers, but nymphing is more often than not the most productive way to catch fish, but, it can also be one of the most difficult ways.This book helped me improve my preparation and rigging before heading to the river, which made a huge difference!My only wish is that it was made of some kind of laminate material that was completely water proof. Given it's size I'd love to be able to throw it in my bag as a field guide, and not worry about it getting wet.

The content is nicely formatted and the graphics complete the great content., I would like to see similar type books from the author on Dry, Wet and Streamer fly fishing. This appears to be a self published book and is done really well.I would suggest using a larger font size on future publications like times roman 12 point to make reading it easier. Overall a Great Job!

Awesome book with great tips on how to effectively nymph in streams. Mike is great at explaining different techniques without making it confusing. I thought the section on how to approach and fish water without spooking fish in different runs was really great. This book is good for bother experienced fisherman has well as beginners. I wish I had read this book when I was starting out; maybe it would’ve got me a fish on sooner than 3 months!

Great and unexpected find! When I first came across this book, I wasn't quite sure what to expect. Bought the kindle version and was so impressed that I went and got the paperback for my collection. Fishing across the eastern and western United States has given me a lot of experience, but this book helped to bring a new approach to the same old techniques. Loving this and can't wait to hand it down to my sons!

This book is focused on application, not theory. Only thing I wish... a laminated purchase option; you want this on the river. Best explanation of the "Provo River Bounce Rig" I have seen "as to date".
