I bought this book from an excerpt that was included in an email from a friend. If it had been only two chapters, it would have helped me. It is a very good book and has some great insights to begin your own search to a happier you. I would recommend this book.

I just finished reading Dr. Elizabeth Lombardo's wonderful book A Happy You. I love the way the book is organized into alphabetical lessons like "I for Inspiration," and "R for Relaxation." As a busy mom who doesn't typically have long chunks of time to sit and savor a book, this format works really well for me. The book is inspirational but is also filled with lots of helpful, practical information. The "prescriptions" at the end of each chapter give small actionable steps that I can take to increase my happiness. I love the way the author shares a story about someone's breakthrough to happiness and then gives their web site. I often want to read more about that particular person, so that's a big time saver for a busy mom like me! This is a book that has already had an impact on my life and I will recommend it to friends and family. Terrific book!
