This book gives good, concise and easy to read and follow information and exercises on improving one's memory. Granted that many of the steps and exercises given are not new, this is still a good motivational reminder for those who just read but don't follow through. Recommended for those who are ready to apply what they have learned.I received a complimentary copy of this book from Reading Deals in exchange for my honest review.

Good information presented in a concise manner that is easy to follow.

Great exercises and a good reminder to work constantly on keeping our brain energized.

For me this book was:1) Too common sense. If you don't know these things already then I'm worried about you.2) Too short3) Poor copy layout and hard to follow.4) Just a book that was thrown together to sell and make money. Very little thought seemed to go into it.However, I did get one thing from it. I used her advice to make a list of A-Z and 0-9 and write a visual cue next to each letter and number and use them when memorizing.Hope this review helped you.

I was given this book by Reading Reviews for a review. The book was to The point and gave ideas on how to improve memory. Being a multitasking master as I've been called may not be the best for my memory. This book gave me ideas on how stress can be a factor in being forgetful. It also indicated that clutter can he a problem. At work where I have control of my work area there is no clutter. No papers most of the time because I do most of my work electronically but at home there's clutter. Gave me lots of food for thought.

This book contains a number of exercises to help improve your memory. They seem to make a lot of sense, but they will require you to actually DO them. No effort - no results. And I believe you have to them on a very regular basis for at least a few weeks before seeing results.But I resolved to try it!I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book, through Reading Deals, so I could give an honest review.

This book was unfortunately not as helpful as I thought it would be. It included a heap of general advice about diet and lifestyle and very little in terms of strategies for increased memory. After reading it, I found that there was not much that I would put into practice, except to focus, really focus when I want to remember anything.I was provided with a complimentary copy of this book, through Reading Deals, and I gave an honest review.

The book felt a little flat. There were few true “exercises” to help with memory. Telling us to eat healthy and see a doctor didn’t seem to be an exercise, but they were. Two of them. The information in the book was really common and nothing new. Grammar was inaccurate and very distracting. Other that, it was a fair book.
